At moneyplantfze, we are committed to ensuring client satisfaction. This policy explains how we handle deposits, withdrawals, and refunds related to our marketing research services.

1. Deposits and Payments

A deposit is required to begin all research projects.
Deposits are refundable within 4 calendar days of payment, provided that no research or preparatory work has begun.
After 4 days or once the project has started, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
2. 4-Day Return and Refund Window
Clients may request a refund for any payments made within 4 days of the transaction date, under the following conditions:

No part of the research or consulting work has been initiated.
A written request for refund is submitted to our team within the 4-day window.
If these conditions are met, a full or partial refund will be issued within 7–10 business days.

3. Project Cancellation After 4 Days

If cancellation occurs after the 4-day window and work has already begun, refunds will not be issued.
However, clients may receive partial credit toward future services, at our discretion.
4. Overpayments or Duplicate Payments

Refunds for overpayments or duplicate transactions can be requested within 7 days of the charge.
These will be processed promptly upon verification.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you’re not satisfied with the service provided, we encourage you to contact us. We aim to resolve any concerns professionally and fairly.
